i bought the FSOL "expander/moscow" remix 12". the remix of Expander is
kind of jarring, with an out-of-place hard techno section added. the remix
of Moscow, though, is pretty nifty. i don't know about home listening, but
it really rocked the dancefloor when i played it this weekend. it doesn't
bear any resemblance at all to the original. i don't really know how to
describe it - very punchy 909 work and synth bleeps with the occasional
bitching FSOL atmospheric sweep noise.
